This picture represents the last four years of my life, I went from a kid whose parents were divorced who cared about nothing and hated everything. To a person who was successful and got into college. I found this image on NBC.com, on the page about the U.S. beach volleyball team winning gold. I love what it represents, not only our country winning gold proving that we have the best beach volleyball team in the world but also my own transformation to alter my attitude from the worst, to the best i can be. I think the viewer of this picture would think that this picture represents my inner strength and will to succeed no matter what obstacles I face. Visual pictures to reference from the text increases the meaning of any text substantially. I think no matter where the picture is as long as it is somewhere next to the text, creates the same effect. I always look at the picture first, it gives me something to think about while i read the text.
